Description: A classically styled vintage 2 piece skirt suit in a fine black gabardine weave. Labeled Briarbrook and also with the boutique label, Marcelle. The jacket is lined in black crepe with a peplum style nipped waist, hidden button front and fringed bow at the top closure. The kimono style sleeves are 3/4 in length. The slim, straight skirt closes with a metal side zipper & button and has a back vent and is lined in black acetate through the derriere portion. In excellent condition, shown with a black vinyl belt, not original but included.
