Description: A late 30s to early 40s vintage gown made entirely of deep blue floral patterned rayon lace. Though this one is lacking it these all lace gowns usually came with a matching rayon or silk slip underneath either attached or not. Shown with a modern day white nylon slip (not included). It has short puffed sleeves with black net shoulder stays, small glass faceted buttons over tiny snaps which open the bodice to the waist and a slim metal side zipper. The skirt has a slight flare and clinging cut. In never worn condition, no labeling. Sold with a vintage velvet floral dress clip (removable).
