Description: A sweet & simple 40s era dress in rich black cotton velveteen with a bit of contrasting crocheted ecru lace at the sleeve edges & hem. This has a side metal zipper, a full gathered skirt & a 4 faux pearl button opening at the back of the neck. The label reads (from what I can see of it) - "A New York creation". In extremely nice condition with a few tiny breaks in the lace trim & 2 very tiny whitish spots in the folds of the skirt.
