This is labeled Melrose Modes, New York and comes in a nice wearable larger size. There is a short metal zipper at the back of the neck and a side metal zipper as well. The waist is cinched simply with a black satin ribbon bow. An asymmetrical peplum layer on the skirt adds some extra detail. In beautiful shape (there's a slight pucker at the top of the slit at the bottom front hem).
