Description: A truly lovely 1950s vintage tulle & taffeta prom dress in the calf length ballerina length and in a pale, ethereal pastel aqua. This strapless dress has 2 layers of tulle over taffeta for the skirt and a spray of gathered tulle at the bodice. Both the skirt side and bodice side are accented with a pretty ivory velvet & silk flower array. There's a side metal zipper and the dress is unlabeled.
In freshly cleaned condition with very faint underarm markings, a bit of light discoloration to the skirt mostly on 1 side and a very light spot on the underlying taffeta at the waist (almost invisible). An enormously feminine dress in a beautiful color. Shown with a full crinoline half slip to illustrate style, not included.
