An eyecatching draping detail at the waist accented with a large black rhinestone centered silk flower off to the side hip adds a bit of drama to the basic black. The fabric flower adornment is pinned on and removable if so desired. Fully lined in black acetate and opens in the back with a full length metal zipper. No labels though commercially made.
