Description: A uber sheer snow white cotton voile dress by Jessica McClintock for Gunne Sax of contemporary vintage and successfully emulating the blousey drop waisted style of the 1930s. This beauty is also simply accented on the generous squared off sailor style collar with a thin satin ribbon and open work cotton lace - as are the sleeve edges. A bit of satin ribbon and intricate lace trims the hem. The drop waist is fully elasticized and there is a button & loop closure at the back of the neck. Missing it's original belt a ribbon of the wearer's choosing could easily suffice if so desired. In terrific condition with 2 very small, barely there pindot spots on the collar (as though something had been pinned there). No size label.
