Description: A 1940s vintage long sleeved cream colored blouse with a mandarin style neckline and made of in soft & fluid silky rayon crepe. Embellished with brightly colored floral hand embroidery in a assymetrical band down front,as well as on the sleeve cuffs & neck. The blouse has an off center opening with 4 pearlized tiny buttons w/ loops at the neck & 2 tiny snaps to just above the bosom. The sleeves are full length & are cinched with 3 of the same buttons with corresponding loops. Unlabeled and most likely handmade. In very good, clean condition with 2 tiny pinholes on 1 side very near the hem, a tiny pinhole at the closure at the bosom and a nickel sized frayed hole on the other side in the same area (pictured). There is a faint hemline apparent also.
