Description: This rayon gab ladies jacket is a head turning example a 40s era tailoring with a wonderful 2 tone grey & beige fabric, decorative buttons with finished buttonholes & full length cuffed sleeves. The sleeves are also set in with top stitching at the inverted shoulder seams and the collar is a simple fold over pointed design. The shoulders are mildly padded. Fitted marvelously through the body & lined in dark rose colored crepe. Labeled Swansdown, New York with a Steigers store label also. In professionally cleaned, ready to wear condition with 2 tiny pin dots light spots in the middle back area, and very, very mild fading in some areas of the lining.
