Breathtaking & rare 1920's to 1930's vintage carved coral lavaliere necklace surrounded by intricate filigree orbs and findings. The exquisitely carved deep orange genuine coral floral motif pendant dangles from the most delicate link chain and both the necklace spring ring clasp and the triangular shaped middle finding above the pendant are marked 14k. There is also a partially legible makers stamp on the back center finding along with the gold mark which I have researched with no result ( it resembles a capital F). This necklace has also tested positive for gold.
The pendant itself measures 2 inches long by aprox. 3/4 of an inch wide with the total length of the necklace including pendant measuring 11 inches (doubled). In pristine condition with a lovely rich patina.An absolutely wonderful estate find - extremely rare, lovely & unique & destined to carry on as a treasured heirloom for generations to come.
