Though unmarked and of indeterminant age this circular convex brooch made of either glass or stone is emblazoned with a colorful pair of dancing medievil minstrels. These appear to be painted on though the design could also be some very nicely done transfer work. It fastens with a very simple brass pin and C clasp and measures about 1¾ inches wide. In almost perfect condition with 2 tiny flea bite chips on the very edge.
