Features a cap sleeved style with a swirling full skirt and belted waist. The top portion of the dress is silky soft black velvet and the neckline is accented with 2 sparkling dress slips (these the previous owner has secured with a few stitches but they are removable).
The waist is cinched with a thick black vinyl belt and the skirt is taffeta highlighted with big black velvet bows and swirling trim both front and back.
There's a side metal zipper and the dress is unlined. Shown with a full crinoline half slip to illustrate style - not included.
